Who We Are

Julian Rubinstein, Founder, and President of American Asset Management, Inc., is an Investment Advisor Representative with over 20 years of business and investment management experience.

Mr. Rubinstein’s career includes the founding of the largest manufacturer of shower stalls and laundry/utility sinks in the United States (American Shower & Bath, Corp.) and then selling the company to Masco Corporation, a Fortune 500 company (MAS; NYSE), five years of executive management and mergers and acquisitions work with MASCO and participation as the operational partner at Sun Capital Partners, one of the largest private equity firms in the United States.

Mr. Rubinstein has been advising individuals and corporations on their investments and 401(k) plans since 1998.

Jo-Ann Zahler joined American Asset Management in 2004 and handles all administrative functions for the firm. Jo-Ann is the point person for all daily client communication and requests such as account balances and wire transfers.

Jo-Ann also prepares all of the reports for client meetings and any monthly mailings. In addition, she is responsible for the accurate processing of all trade aways and new account applications and transfers.
